About these terms

This website is operated by MCX-Tech of 58 Oxley Highway, Gunnedah NSW 2380. By placing an order through mcx-tech.store you agree to these terms.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We issue a tax invoice with every order. Prices, product specifications and availability may change without notice.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if:

the item is no longer available or has been discontinued by the manufacturer;
a price or description has been listed in error; or
we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, including part numbers, flow rates and pressure ratings. Manufacturers do change specifications, and images are a guide only. If fitment matters, call us on 1300 770 970 before you order and we will confirm it.

Safe use of spraying equipment

Spraying equipment is used with agricultural chemicals and operates under pressure. You are responsible for selecting equipment suited to the chemical and pressure you intend to use, for following the manufacturer's instructions and the chemical label, and for using appropriate personal protective equipment. Do not exceed the rated operating pressure of any component. Nothing on this site is advice on chemical selection or application rates.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not store your card details; payments are processed by our payment provider.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and personal information by our Privacy Policy. Each forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by those guarantees, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of crop, loss of income or downtime.

The content of this website, other than manufacturer trade marks and product imagery used with permission, belongs to MCX-Tech and may not be reproduced without our consent.
