Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from our Gunnedah branch at 58 Oxley Highway, Gunnedah NSW 2380.

Delivery rates

Standard — $11.00, typically 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Express — $15.00, typically 1 to 3 business days to metropolitan areas.
Collection from Gunnedah — free. Choose this at checkout and we will call you when your order is ready.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay and include GST.

Bulky and freight items

Tanks, traymount and linkage sprayers, motorised pump units and other oversized goods cannot be sent by standard courier. These items are offered for collection from Gunnedah. If you need one delivered, call us on 1300 770 970 and we will arrange a freight quote to your address before you pay.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST on a business day for in stock items are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Not every item on this site is held in stock at Gunnedah. If something you have ordered needs to come from the manufacturer, we will contact you with an expected date. You may cancel for a full refund at that point if the timeframe does not suit.

Remote and regional deliveries

Deliveries to remote areas can take longer than the times above. Carriers do not always deliver to farm gates or to addresses without a street number. Please give us a delivery address the carrier can find, and a mobile number they can call.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please check your order on arrival. Report any freight damage or shortage to us within 48 hours on 1300 770 970 or at info@mcx-tech.com so we can lodge a claim with the carrier. Keep the packaging, as carriers often need to inspect it.
